Spice Islands Festival aims to become the cultural tool for claiming Indonesian archipelago as the center for the global spice trail history. Through SIF we can present the significant role of Indonesia during the spice trail period from the 16th to 19th century that strongly influenced the global economic system. Thus SIF program is designed to specifically expose the richness of spice-based culture of Indonesia that cover the fields of cultural history, folklore, culinary, performing arts, visual arts, and entertainment. In order to get a global audience and reconnect Indonesia with countries that are associated with the spice trail history, SIF will be presented through LIVE STREAMING device, as well.

Lokaswara Festival is an international world music platform. Taken from the Sanskrit language, Lokaswara means the center of the sound of the universe.
This festival is exciting because it is held in Indonesia, a magical archipelago that has strong cultural roots, and will be held on the island of the Gods, Bali.
